The next women's wellbeing event is nearly here.

On Sunday 5th October we'll get together to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect mind and body, allowing ourselves the opportunity to reset our rhythm amidst the busyness of everyday life.

Each month we explore different women's wellbeing topics such as self-care, personal growth, cycles, transition, a whole array of things - all infused with practical tools and powerful perspectives to raise our vibe.

These are lovely evenings filled with inspiration, connection, and community - there's still time to secure your place.

In this 3 hour creative and interactive workshop I will guide you through a series of coaching exercises designed to intuitively bring to life what you are wanting to attract in and create for 2024.

You will then get creative by bringing that vision to life by making a visual representation that is bespoke to your personal goals using images, quotes, materials, in fact anything that captures your vision!
